A first-person survival horror where light is the primary weapon. Developed as a solo project, the game challenges the player to navigate a dark forest to activate escape mechanisms.
The core mechanic revolves around a light-sensitive AI: the enemy cannot be killed, only temporarily stunned/blinded using the flashlight, forcing the player to manage battery resources and timing.
MY KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
Full-Stack Development (C#)
Solo Implementation: Handled the entire production pipeline independently, from initial concept to C# scripting, debugging, and building.
AI Programming: Scripted the enemy behavior (AI), implementing a logic system that detects the flashlight's raycast to trigger a "Stunned/Blinded" state.
Cross-Platform Optimization
Mobile Porting: Optimized assets, lighting, and code to ensure the game ran smoothly on Android devices, managing the performance constraints typical of mobile development.
Level Design
Environment: Designed an open forested area with clear landmarks to guide the player towards the three objectives (buttons) without using a minimap.
